At StuurBoi, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every service booking. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both customers and service providers.
You may be eligible for a full refund if:
- The service provider cancels the booking
- The service provider fails to arrive at the scheduled time and location
- The service cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond your control
- The service quality is significantly below reasonable expectations
Cancellation Policy

Service Quality Issues
If you're unsatisfied with the quality of service provided, you must report the issue within 24 hours of service completion. Our dispute resolution team will review your case and may offer:
- Full refund for severely inadequate service
- Partial refund for partially completed or unsatisfactory service
- Service credit for future bookings
- Opportunity for the service provider to remedy the situation
How to Request a Refund:
- Open the booking in your StuurBoi app or account
- Select "Report an Issue" or "Request Refund"
- Fill out the required information and submit your request
- Our team will review your request within 1-3 business days
- You'll be notified of the decision and any refund will be processed to your original payment method
Exceptions
The following situations are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Simple dissatisfaction without specific issues
- Changes in scope or additional requests not included in original booking
- Failure to provide access or necessary items for service completion
- False or misleading information provided when booking
- Circumstances beyond StuurBoi's control (extreme weather, natural disasters)
Payment Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days, though your financial institution may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
